Coast was formed in 2007 by Simon Nicholls and Chris Davies, two UK qualified architects determined to bring exceptional design standards to the high end residential and boutique hotel sector in the Turks and Caicos Islands

Our team includes a broad cross-section of local and expatriate talent, energetic architectural students and young, progressive thinking UK qualified Architects. We provide full architectural services, design coordination, contract administration, and site master planning along with landscape design and interior design by special appointment
